parking

there is one covered guest parking space, numbered and assigned to the unit. There is also ample guest parking near the condo

pets

Small dogs (are allowed to stay in the unit.

pool access

Pool Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. There are two pools.  The keys to the pool gate is on the chain in the wood container in the foyer as you enter the condo. There are pool towels in the hallway linin closet.

quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 9 PM – 7 AM daily.

smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all areas in and outside of the condo including the patio.  There is no smoking in the common areas of the condominium association property.
